Tony goes onto explain some essential processes when starting up a business:
- - Culture: Commit to Core Values – Company and Personal Values are most important
- - Customer Service: Focus on this area, employees and vendors are more passionate about the product when customer service is strong.
- - Its not about the Money: Its about the vision – if we have this higher purpose, money will follow.
