What is Your Preferred Online Outsourcing Platform, and Why?

Do you use eLance, Freelancer.com, Guru.com, Rentacoder, Odesk, or other services marketplaces? Which one do you use the most, and why?

    I've used eLance for ages. great for web dev if u find the right ppl. Now I find Odesk great for having ppl on tap – don't need to write a job spec every time

    I largely use Odesk at the moment, for a wide variety of tasks.

    I have used all of the major platforms, starting with eLance early last decade, and occasionally use most of them.

    We have been using Odesk for a while now – Tried Freelancer.com the other day, was an average experience.

    I prefer the layout/interface and options in Odesk compared to Freelancer.
